By booking our roadshow trucks or mobile stages, you agree to these terms which constitute a legally binding contract under Kenyan law.
These terms govern all roadshow truck rentals and mobile marketing services provided by BK Roadshow Trucks across Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru regions.
Our standard service covers all major Kenyan counties. Remote locations may incur additional transport fees. All bookings require confirmed county permits before service delivery.
Failure to pay balance by due date may result in service cancellation with deposit forfeiture. We reserve the right to withhold equipment until full payment is received.
Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary county government permits. We can assist with:
Permit applications require 3-7 business days for most counties. Last-minute requests may incur rush fees of 25-50% above standard rates.

We conduct pre-event inspections and document all equipment condition. Clients may purchase damage waivers for 5% of rental fee.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nairobi courts.
